Joyful Evolution Energy & Embodiment was born from a deep understanding that true healing happens when we reconnect with our own innate wholeness.
My journey into energy healing and embodied practices began when I personally faced a life-altering diagnosis: stage three breast cancer. Through that experience, I learned firsthand the powerful relationship between energy, emotion, and the physical body. It opened a doorway to a more profound connection with healing, vitality, and joyful living.

As part of my path, I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, weaving together the fields of psychology, sociology, human development, and substance use recovery. I believe that healing is never one-dimensional; it touches every part of who we are: mind, body, spirit, and community.
